Santa's Candle Workshop

Something magical is in the air. Join us as The Chandler transforms into Santa's Candle Workshop, a whimsical Christmas world of toy making, twinkling lights, and bubble magic. Mix your candle in a new way with our brand new candle topper molds. Specialty wrapped gifts added to every ticket. But wait... do you hear that in distance? It sounds like bells and they are coming this way.

THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT

Event length: 1:30 hours

Adult Ticket includes:

• One Reserved Seat to the workshop
• Specality wrapped gift
• Two (2) 9oz tumbler candles + candle topper mold
• 15 whimsical fragrances

Child Ticket (must be accompanied by an Adult ticket) includes:

• One Reserved Seat to the workshop
• Specality wrapped gift
• One (1) 9oz tumbler candle + candle topper mold
• 15 whimsical fragrances

WORKSHOP POLICIES

• Register in advance to guarantee your seats. Walk-ins not accepted.
• Pickup candles next day or ship for a flat rate
• Time frame - 1:30 hours
• Capacity - 12 people
• No outside alcohol permitted unless purchased from a DORA bar and served in a DORA cup.
• Cancellation Policy - Full refund up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled workshop. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled workshop, you can reschedule your workshop via the confirmation email, or contact the store for a credit.

Please read through our policies before registering for a workshop:

1) Age limitations

This event is family friendly. Adult supervision required for children under 14. This event uses special effect lighting, dry ice, artifical fog, and dim lighting with hot wax and coloring agents.

2) Punctuality

​

Life happens, we understand totally and you run late from time to time. Although we won't send you to the principals office for being late, please be aware that workshops start promptly at the designated time.

​

If you are going to be late*, please call the shop ahead of time and let us know, otherwise we may begin the workshop without you and we don't want to do that!

​

*If you or any members of your group are going to be over 15 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule for a later date to allow us a chance to book your open seats. You can easily reschedule your workshop via your confirmation email prior to the workshop start time.

This workshop will run for 1:30 hours.

Private Workshops: If you are interested in a private group workshop with custom times or additional content, like food and outside BYOB or for a complete on location experience for weddings, birthdays, or company events, please contact us at hello@thechandler.co so we can plan your private event.

3) Cancellation Policy

​

For cancellations made at least 48 hours (two days) in advance, simply use the prompts within your workshop confirmation email to either reschedule your workshop or go through with a refund.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours (two days) in advance: You can either reschedule your workshop from within your confirmation email, or contact the store for a Gift card/Workshop credit issues in the amount of the Workshop fee.

4) Changing Show Dates

​

In the event that something comes up and you need to change your workshop registration, you can easily reschedule your workshop via your confirmation email prior to the workshop start time.

5) Candle Pick-Up

​

The candles you make at the workhop will cure overnight at The Chandler, and are ready to be picked up the next day following your workshop. The Chandler teams up with Sommer House Gallery for pickup orders between 2pm and 6pm (excluding Sunday and Monday). Because of the limited space to store candles, any candles not picked after 1 week may be clearanced off without refund, so please make arrangements to pick up before the end of the week!
