Once you’ve selected your fragrance, chosen your vessel, and designed your label, submit your final scent card to us.
Your personalized candle will be made to order and shipped in your next Dispatch box, along with the following month’s fine fragrance selection.

Every 1st of the month, a new Dispatch Box brings you a new collection of fine fragrances, new inspirations and new stories. You inspect the new lot, design another candle, and our Foundry produces your next piece.
Each new dispatch lot is inspired by the season and different than the month before.

Do I pour the candles myself?
No, you design the fragrance. Our Foundry pours and then ships it to you in the next months box.
Do the fragrances change every month?
Yes. Each Dispatch Box contains a new lot collection of fragrances each month. They are curated mood based on the season.
Can I combine fragrances?
Absolutely. We encourage mixing as many fragrances as you like. But please note, when mixing fragrances will be mixed in equal parts. No drops or a light dash of.
When does my candle arrive?
After you submit your design, we hand pour your selection and personal the design. Please allowed up to 2 weeks to process your selection.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. You may skip a box by letting us know at least by the 1st of the month you want to skip, pause, or cancel.
If you have a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, you may still cancel anytime, but your cancellation takes effect after your commitment period is complete.
What wax do you use?
We use a professional-grade blended wax chosen for it's smooth, consistent burn, and fragrance performance.
What if I don't like my box?
Part of the Dispatch Box discovery is that not every fragrance or surprise will be something you would have picked yourself, and that's part of the fun
Because each box is curated and may include customized items, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if something arrived damaged, incorrect, or there's a problem with your shipment, let us know and we'll make it right.
Can I give a Dispatch Box as a gift?
YES. The Dispatch Box makes a fantastic, hands on gift for family, friends, clients, business partners and more. Gift options are available at checkout.
Do you accept old Chandler retail gift cards?
Absolutely. However, older gift cards may need some additional processing. Please contact us
